Have you changed your mind about the products purchased?

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 you have available 14 days of time from the delivery date to communicate your wish to return the purchased products.
Contact us at our customer service by calling the number +39 351 845 2179 or write to us at clienti@keyhomestore.xyz. Subjects who cannot be classified as consumers are excluded from Legislative Decree 206/05, i.e. those who act for purposes related to any professional activity carried out, i.e. those who place an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice.
The goods must be returned to the following address: Via Atheste, 40, 35042 Este (PD), Italy.
The cost of returning the goods will be deducted from the refund of the order.

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS:

You can return the products in the following ways:

• Use the same cardboard box in which you received the order. If this is not possible, use an equally secure box.

• Returned items must be in original condition, well packaged and packaged.

• An email will be sent to you in which the slip with the return details to be applied to the package will be attached.

REFUND

The refund will be made through the same payment method you used for the order.
The cost of returning the goods will be deducted from the refund of the order.

The refund procedure will begin as soon as the goods have been inspected in our warehouses or by our employees, and the sum to be refunded will be issued within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
