1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer and 3-instalment payments with Klarna and Scalapay.

All transactions are protected with advanced encryption systems to ensure maximum security.

NB: We do not accept cash on delivery.

2. Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders over €49. For orders below this value, a shipping contribution of €5 will be applied at checkout.

 


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We deliver your products within 72 business hours from order confirmation.
For smaller islands and some hard-to-reach locations, delivery may take a few extra days.

Note: Fragile items like Furniture and Ceramics will not be delivered in 3 days, but TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION from the courier is included to arrange delivery.

 


4. How do returns work?

You have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery.
Simply contact our customer service: we will provide you with the return label and arrange collection.
The cost of returning the goods will be deducted from the order refund.

 


5. Are the products original and guaranteed?

Absolutely. All our items come from selected suppliers and benefit from a 24-month legal warranty.

 


6. Is it safe to buy online from KeyHome Store?

7. What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

The courier will attempt a new delivery or leave the package at a partner collection point near you, so you can pick it up at your convenience.
